Lumira is teaming up with J.I.M in Prahran for something a bit different: an infrared Pilates class instead of the usual Fawkner Park scene.

Don’t stress, this is beginner-friendly and a great way to try us both out. Expect a proper sweat in the heat, good energy and a really welcoming group of women in their 20s and 30s wanting to make genuine connections!
Infrared heat is known to help with muscle recovery, circulation and getting a deeper sweat than a regular class, so it’s a nice way to switch things up.
We’ll meet at J.I.M Prahran at 8:45am, class runs from 9:00am to 9:45am, then we’re grabbing coffee and having a chat after for anyone who wants to stick around and meet new people. Come solo or invite a friend 🤍

Meet the planner
I’m a Naturopath student and Pilates instructor who is passionate about all things health, fitness, wellness and connection. I’ve moved a fair few times so I know what it’s like trying to make new connections in new environments and it can be difficult and overwhelming at times so that’s a reason why I started a Pilates in the Park and Coffee & Connect for women in their 20s and 30s who want to move their bodies, make friends and get out of their comfort zone in safe and supportive environment!
