Earlier this year, Zosia Cooks spent a few months soaking up inspiration while working on projects across France, Italy, Poland, and the UK. Now back home and buzzing with ideas, we’re bringing a taste of that European magic to Sydney with a curated long-table dinner celebrating all things summer. Join us at Maido in Darlinghurst for a three-course secret menu that will take you on a sensory trip around Europe. Expect artfully presented dishes, a beautiful communal table, great conversation, and that easy, sun-soaked European vibe—right here in the heart of the city.
