4-Week Journey of Connection

Join Jasmine & Charlie on a 4-week journey of connection & self-discovery. There’s so much information about romantic relationships, how to communicate, how to heal, how to love. But what about friendships? That’s why we curated The Friendship Circle Series, a 4-week, therapist-led journey to help you understand yourself more deeply in friendship, explore your patterns of connection, and learn how to create the kind of relationships that nourish you. Over four weeks you’ll be guided through: 🌷 Grounding mediations 🌷Guided sharing circles 🌷Self-reflection & journaling 🌷 Psycho-education 🌷 Connection & trust-building activities Each week will be different and build on from the last and will go on a journey of who we are in friendships, what we want, and how we form new friendships.
