A wholesome weekend away for the girlies who want to slow down, reconnect, and experience the medicine of nature in good company.

GROUNDED Retreat is for the girly craving fresh air, meaningful conversations, simple moments, and a beautiful reset away from the noise of everyday life. We'll enjoy girl chats, nature walks, breathwork, snacks, and good vibes... all outside in the open expanse of nature.

A spacious campground surrounded by forest, with grass camping areas, fire pits, picnic tables. The site also has portable toilets. Attendees will need to bring a refillable bottle - we will supply drinking water.

What this weekend is about

GROUNDED Retreat is girls getaway with intention. We created this retreat for the women who want to unplug, connect with like-minded women, and enjoy a slower, more grounded kind of weekend.

Whether you come solo or with a friend, this experience is designed to feel warm, welcoming, and easy to settle into. Beginner campers are most welcome!

Expect a mix of:

• quality time in nature
• slow conversations and girl chats
• simple shared moments around the fire
• space to rest, breathe, reflect, and just BE

✅What your registration fee covers

Your fee covers the event camping provisions and retreat facilitation, including:

• cookware
• firewood
• breakfast, lunch & dinner for the weekend

hot chocolate & s’mores night

• guided breathwork session
• admin and organisation costs

‼️What is NOT included

Please note that your registration fee does not include:

• tent hire
• personal camping gear
• personal snacks

You are welcome to bring your own camping gear and supplies, or we can help arrange this for you at a small additional cost.

If you would like to opt into shared transportation arrangements for the weekend, we can coordinate this via WhatsApp chat.

After you register

Once registrations are confirmed, a WhatsApp group chat will be created for attendees so we can coordinate the practical details together.

Inside the chat, we’ll organise:

Transport: carpooling options between attendees

Tent hire: if you’d like us to help arrange gear on your behalf

This makes it easier for everyone to connect before the weekend and feel prepared heading in.
