Train Through Winter ❄️ 💪🏾
🥊 This one’s for the fellas. Keen to get a small crew together to stay active outdoors this winter. Nothing intense — just showing up, moving, and keeping each other accountable. This isn’t a coached session or bootcamp — just a group of fellas running through simple, no-equipment combat-style training and building a consistent habit together. What we’ll do: • Easy warm-up to get moving (and warm) • Functional bodyweight work (push-ups, squats, lunges, etc.) • Basic combat movement (shadowboxing, footwork, coordination) • Light partner/team drills (at our own pace) • Quick core workout + stretch to finish No equipment. No gear. Just you. Who it’s for: • Beginners or anyone getting back into fitness • Anyone needing motivation to train during winter • Anyone who prefers a chill, social vibe over intense workouts What to bring: • Water • Warm layers (you’ll heat up quickly) • Comfortable workout clothes • Good attitude — low pressure, just show up
