Meal prep smarter, not harder!
I love cooking but I find it challenging to cook a lot on busy weeks. Or I cook a big batch and crave something different by day 3.
So I wondered, what if I started a meal prep club.
Here’s the proposal:
We have 4 people to meet for a meal share. We each bring 4 of the same meals, and leave with 4 different meals to enjoy for the rest of the week.
We eat a meal together, discuss recipes, ingredients, techniques & get to know our fellow foodie neighbours.

- Don’t get sick of your meals
- Enjoy foods from different cultures & ethnicities.
Meal Share Guidelines:
- Bring 4 meals in large rectangle plastic takeaway box.
- Label w/ ingredients.
- All meals must be balanced — containing approx 1/4 protein, 1/4 carbs, 1/2 fibre & a source of fats.
- Pescatarian/vegetarian meals only for now. In future rounds, we can have more groups for different dietaries.
- Cultural & ethnic foods welcome & encouraged.
- Must be cooked max 24 hours beforehand, & adhere to food safety guidelines.
- All participants must be respectful towards each other.
