“Spilling the Jasmine Tea" is where culture, identity, and tough conversations meet. We talk about the taboo topics we grew up whispering about as 2nd gen Viet diaspora.
Non-diet dietitian and Spinal Energetics practitioner by day. By night, I’m either dancing, practising yoga, hosting dinner with friends, reading or binging a show. I love keeping fit, my work, nature, animals, theatre and performances, energy work and the magic of life.
