Let’s go for an epic coastal walk! 🌊

Join me this Sunday morning for a scenic loop from Point Addis to Bells Beach! Starting at the Point Addis Lookout, we'll follow the Koori Cultural Walk through wild heathland and along golden sandstone cliffs, with interpretive signs sharing the stories of the Wadawurrung people who have cared for this land for over 25,000 years. From there the trail tracks above the Bass Strait all the way to iconic Bells Beach, one of Australia's most famous surf spots, before we head back to the lookout along the sand. The 14km route should take roughly 4 hours at a relaxed group pace, with time for breaks and photos along the way. It's also a great chance to meet some like-minded outdoor lovers! 📅 Sunday 1st November ⏰ 9am–1pm 📍 Point Addis, Victoria ➡️ 14km / approx. 4 hours 🥾 Moderate level 🎟️ Ticket Price: $20 donation to Wildlife Victoria There are limited tickets available and it's first in, first served, so get in quick! 🙏 Please be aware that participants are responsible for their own safety throughout the walk. The trail includes clifftop paths, sandy stretches and some uneven surfaces, so a decent base of fitness and sturdy footwear is essential. The coast is quite exposed, so bring a hat, sunscreen and a windproof layer just in case. Bring enough food and water for the duration of the hike. Please hike responsibly and at your own discretion 😊

Sells fast: Their plans hit capacity in about 12 hours, so jump in while you can.

I’m someone who lives for hiking, travel and capturing the world through my camera! Oh and and I’m a proud Essendon nuffy 🔴⚫️ · Essendon

As one of the many Melbournians who survived covid, I saw firsthand how the isolation and border closures impacted people’s mental state. Inspired to make a positive change, I started sharing easy and accessible adventures close to the city on Instagram to encourage people to get outside and explore their own backyard. The page quickly grew and I now travel full-time sharing adventures to hopefully inspire others to discover the natural beauty of Australia!
