Put your phones away and step into something slower, softer, and more intentional. Enjoy a curated morning of solo stillness, meaningful conversation, grounding breathwork, and a guided Chinese tea ritual. Gillian is a psychology graduate, certified breathwork practitioner. Her work centres on how breath, attention and simple sensory rituals can support everyday regulation and clarity. What to expect: π - Solo quiet time + herbal tea - Social time + tea ceremony (chatty) - Longer breath practice - Gratitude circle Come alone.
