Your Saturday morning sorted.

Once a month I bake too much and invite strangers (and repeat snackers) into my apartment and we call it book club.

July’s pick is Men we reaped by Jesmyn Ward, her memoir about losing five young men she loved, including her brother, in the space of four years back home in mississippi. I know we said we’d pick a light one this time, but here we are again.

As always, no pressure to finish the book, just a good appetite and energy to yap is all you need.

11am on a Saturday so you can sleep in or have a cheeky morning run first (both valid). We talk as long as it takes and nobody leaves on time (I'm very proud of that.)
